What's New
Thanks so much to editors James Allen Hall and Lindsay Lusby for including two poems of mine in the new issue of Cherry Tree. This is a beautiful print journal, but you can read one my poems I shared on Instagram (look for @thorburnpoet).
I’m thrilled to have my work appear in such great company, and have been enjoying reading the new issue over the past week.

Big thanks to editor Kristina Marie Darling for accepting my poem, “What’s Left to Tell,” for an upcoming issue of Tupelo Quarterly. I'm excited to appear in this journal, which also publishes a lot of interesting interviews and other features on writers and artists.
I'm excited to report that I’ll be making a repeat appearance in the beautiful series of digital broadsides created by Broadsided Press. My poem, “Mother’s Silver Teapot,” was recently chosen with an expected publication date next spring.
You can learn more about Broadsided Press and what they do—and download some amazing broadsides--over here. You can also see, read and download a copy of my broadsided poem, “The Other Side.” In addition, there’s a Q&A with me and Kate Baird, the wonderful artist who collaborated on this broadside with me. |
